Full-Scope Resin Recovery Services

Each service is delivered within a documented framework, with defined inputs, outputs, and reporting standards to support client operational and compliance requirements.

Polymer & Resin Reclamation

End-to-end processing of post-industrial polymer and resin scrap materials. Incoming material is sorted by polymer type and grade, cleaned of contaminants, mechanically processed, and converted into standardised secondary resin pellets or granules suitable for downstream industrial applications.

Accepted materials include thermoplastics (PE, PP, PET, ABS, PS, PVC, nylon), thermosets in certain forms, and blended resins subject to pre-assessment. Output specifications provided on request.

Material Testing & Certification

Laboratory analysis of processed material batches to verify composition, melt flow index, tensile properties, and contamination levels. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) issued for each batch, documenting material identity, processing conditions, and measured properties in accordance with relevant ISO and JIS standards.

Certification packages can be tailored to meet specific downstream customer or regulatory requirements upon request.

Waste Stream Assessment & Consulting

On-site or remote evaluation of a facility's existing resin and polymer waste outputs. Our technical advisors analyse waste volumes, material types, current disposal methods, and regulatory obligations to provide a structured waste management recommendation report.

Deliverables include a waste stream map, material categorisation matrix, and an options summary for recovery, diversion, or certified disposal of each identified stream.

Processing Equipment Supply & Integration

Scheduled Collection & Logistics

Organised, documented collection of resin waste from client facilities on a scheduled or on-demand basis. Collection vehicles are equipped for safe handling of polymer materials in various forms including loose shred, bales, and bagged granulate.

Each collection generates a manifest document covering material type, estimated weight, and transport routing. Interim storage solutions are available for facilities requiring holding capacity between collection cycles.
