What types of resin and polymer materials do you accept?

We accept a range of post-industrial thermoplastics including PE, PP, PET, ABS, PS, nylon, and polycarbonate. Thermosets and PVC are handled on a conditional basis following pre-assessment. Mixed or unknown polymer streams require a material assessment before processing can be confirmed.

What is the minimum volume for collection services?

Minimum volumes vary by material type, form, and location. Please contact our logistics team with estimated volumes and material details to confirm whether your stream meets minimum threshold requirements or whether alternative arrangements are available.

Do you provide documentation for regulatory compliance purposes?

Yes. Standard documentation includes collection manifests, processing records, and disposal certificates. Quarterly compliance summary reports and custom report formats for EMS or sustainability frameworks are available under professional and enterprise service agreements.

What regions do you currently serve?

Our primary service area covers Japan, with direct collection routes across the Tohoku, Kanto, and Kansai regions. International service agreements are in place for facilities in South Korea and Taiwan. Enquiries from other regions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How long does processing and certification take?

Standard processing timelines depend on material volume and type. Typical turnaround from collection to certified output is 10–21 business days. Certificate of Analysis documentation is issued within 5 business days of material testing completion.

Can you supply processing equipment to our facility?

Yes. Equipment supply and integration services are available for granulators, shredders, washing lines, dryers, and extruders. Please submit an enquiry with your facility specifications, material types, and throughput requirements for an assessment.
